Comics and Cartoonists

I accumulate books (including newspaper cartoons) as if they were going out of style. I also collect 20th century social cartoons from sources like the New Yorker or Punch.

My favorite cartoons use incredible, elaborately-detailed drawings to set up a simple gag, for example this James Stevenson Classic from the New Yorker, or the following Pont cartoon (which I believe to be out of copyright -- please inform me if it's not).
